What is your return policy?
We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. However, if there are any issues with your purchase we'd be happy to help fix the problem. If you are not satisfied, you can return your purchase for a refund or exchange, but we may refuse or delay returns if fraud or abuse is suspected. You will be responsible for the $8 return shipping, which will be deducted from the total amount refunded.

How to Return
- Contact firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate your return/exchange
- Print out the label from your email.
- Carefully pack the items back into the box. Seal the box and affix the prepaid label on the outside.
- Drop it off at your local USPS location or request a package pick up by contacting USPS at USPS - Schedule a Pickup
