Returns + Exchanges
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us at email@example.com about your issue. You can ship back unworn merchandise in it's original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping and return shipping is not refunded from the order. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery date.
If you need to exchange a defective item, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org about your issue. If the item is defective, we will send you a prepaid label to ship back the item, and we will send you a brand new item. All merchandise must be unworn. If your item is not defective, and simply want a regular exchange, customer is responsible for return shipping. We will not refund return shipping. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery date.
